What this Privacy Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data that we gather when you access or use our Services. “Personal Data” means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” under applicable data privacy laws, rules or regulations. This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of companies we don’t own or control (such as social media or search engine). 

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Basically our site don’t allow user to comments.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

In contact us forms you fill, the personal information such as email and phone number will only use in communication with you for the purpose described in the form, or per your request you contact us. The information will deal inline with other practice stated here.

Who we share your data with

We disclose your Personal Data to the categories of service providers and other parties listed in this section.

Service Providers

These are third parties acting on our behalf that help us provide and market our Services, including payment acquirer, Ad networks, marketing providers, security and fraud prevention providers, hosting and other technology and communications providers, data storage, bill collection, analytics providers, and contract workforce.

Users of Services

We use publicly-available information we obtain from third-party data sources to provide breaking news alerts to our customers, so we may share your publicly-available social media information with other users of our Services. Social media users who do not want their data processed by Vision to Motion can make their account or posts private and, to the extent applicable, remove Vision to Motion and its representatives from their followers.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

For users that use our service, it is subject to our Terms of Use and/or any separate agreement you’ve entered into with us, as long as you terminate service accordingly to terms of Use.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. 

If you believe that any Personal Data we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, you can request rectification that we correct or supplement such data. You can also correct some of this information directly by logging on to your account, if your service is provided with this feature.

Where we send your data

Our backend server technology provider may log browser interaction but not your privacy data. If you use contact us form or Opt-in to service under your awareness, your Privacy data may travel to our third parties providers listed in “What third parties we receive data from” session.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

We’re constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time, but we will alert you to any such changes by placing a notice on our website, by sending you an email and/or by some other means. Please note that if you’ve opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the Services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. We prohibits any unauthorized use of a system of records or unauthorized disclosure, access, handling, or use of Privacy Act Information. Any person can report a suspected or confirmed breach of Privacy Act Information or the unauthorized disclosure, access, handling, or use of Privacy Act Information to Vision to Motion using the contact information below.

In case of Uncontrollable Threat such as Natural disasters and national instability, we will try our best to maintain our standard in privacy practice, but this is out of scope.

We have incorporated Cookies from certain third parties into our Services.
